Rates and General conditions
Rates mentioned below are for information only
The final price is calculated on the basis of source and target languages, subject matter (technical/non-technical) and number of words.
The medium rate varies between 0,10 €* and 0,15 €* / word. We estimate that a page contains about 250 words. We consider that our translators translate about 1 500 words a day. Nevertheless, our work promptness depends on the degree of technical difficulty of your document and on the potential specific researches that the translator will have to make.

Particular conditions :
Urgent work, night work, unreadable texts that are difficult to decode, badly written original documents will generate an increase in the rate.
The minimum invoicing is 20 € HT.
If the order exceeds 50 Euro HT, a down payment will be asked (50 % of the quote at the order, 50 % at the delivery).
Big and long-term orders require 25 % down payment at the order, then 25 % in the middle of job and 50 % at the delivery.
On customer’s request, the document can be delivered by post
Postage will be invoiced.
Bank charges or exchange rates are invoiced to the customer.
